After 17 successful years, Kok au Vin and Chef Jürgen continue their culinary journey as Locàle. At Locàle you can take your time, share food and love all day, and enjoy thrilling bar bites and authentic sharing menus. We honor the origin of our products and want to serve you comforting plates of food. We like to thank our Kok au Vin staff and personnel for all those years of passion and hard work. But for now, we’re happy to take your reservation at Locàle right away.

We’re open from Wednesday until Saturday, the kitchen is open from 12 pm until 20h30 pm.

Chef Jürgen Aerts of Locàle (Kok au Vin) was selected for the Bib Gourmand of Michelin for 14 straight years and obtained a Gault&Millau score of 13/20. He is a North Sea Chef, member of KOOKEET en Bistronomie, won the Zilveren Pollepel West-Vlaanderen and was praised in the international press for his vision and cookery style at Kok au Vin.
